Happy Fall Ya'll!! Even though I'm sad my favorite season is over for the year, I am super stoked about pulling out my boots and pea coats and rockin' them till March. It's still pretty warm here anyways. So during Labor Day, I was searching for some thigh high boots, because I have always wanted a pair but have never found some that were "just my style." But then as I was searching on Urban OG, I came upon the most beautiful thigh highs I have seen (that don't have a heel). And with the labor day discount combined with a discount I got by signing up for their newsletter, I got these beauties for $35. Yes, you heard me right, less than $50. And that is hard to do in the good quality boot world.
Now if you're like me and live somewhere were it gets super cold in the morning, and then warmer in the afternoons, you need to try pairing tights with shorts. Not only do they look super cute and sexy, they also make a great transitional combo for those type of days. Because I leave my house at 7 am (yes, you do not want to talk to me at that time of day), I paired my shorts + tights combo with a slouchy sweater that kept my top half warm and my two new favorite jewelry pieces: my dangly chain earrings and the leopard ring - both of which I found at Walley World. And of course, I just had to wear my new boots. They are also surprisingly warm. They have a short zipper around the ankles to make it easy to put them on, but they do not have any stretch to them, so be warned. *Note: if you decide to buy them, get a half size up. I usually wear a 7 1/2 but I got these in an 8 and they fit great with socks, which I wear constantly in the winter.
